The Evolution of Caffè Sorrentino

In November of 2005 Carmelo opened the first Caffè Sorrentino in Edmonton, Alberta. The caffè offered Sorrentino’s signature pastas, panini, soups, salads, pastries, gelato and of course, a premium Italian espresso. The caffè was an instant success. In 2007 Carmelo realized that it was time to start expanding the Caffè Sorrentino brand and give others an opportunity to become franchise partners.
